How do I join The Nickelodeon Birthday Club?

Joining is the easiest part! Just schedule one or more free, personalized birthday calls for the members of your family. We'll take it from there!

What am I signing up for?
A:
You are signing up for the Nickelodeon Birthday Club—that means your child will get a special birthday wish from their favorite Nickelodeon friend! In addition to your personalized birthday phone call, you will receive party planning tips & ideas, free birthday printables, and more—all delivered straight to your email inbox.

Yes! As always, we want to make the day magical for both you and your little one so we happily offer the Nickelodeon Birthday Club for free!

Can I sign up if I don't have a U.S. phone number?
A:
Sorry, no. The Nickelodeon Birthday Club is currently only available to residents of North America.

How does the phone call work?
A:
We know birthdays get busy, so we've made the phone call available on demand!
All users will receive an email on the morning of their call with a link to activate at your convenience. From this email, just click the button and your phone will ring within 60 seconds. This link will expire 72 hours after you receive the email.
For users that registered using a mobile phone number, in addition to the email you will receive this same activation link via a text message on the morning of your call.
Using a landline? In addition to the activation email, your landline will ring at the time you scheduled when signing up. You can check those details on your Account Settings page here.
Be sure that you or another grown-up answers the call first, as the operator will need to speak to you before the birthday message begins for your child.

Can I schedule a call to arrive now vs. later?
A:
Yes! When you are setting up a call, you will be able to pick your delivery method to either Call Now or Schedule for Later. Simply pick which one you prefer and how/when you would like to receive your call and we will take care of the rest.

How many times can I listen to my phone call?
A:
You will be able to listen to your phone call up to 5 times. Your personalized birthday message will expire 72 hours after your scheduled time.

How do I change the time/date/character/number of my child's call?
A:
Login to your account and click on ‘manage calls.' You may edit, add, or delete upcoming calls.
Please note that you will not be able to make any changes to your call settings once your call date has arrived, so be sure to confirm all your settings PRIOR to the date of your scheduled call.

How many phone calls can I sign up for?

You can sign up for up to 5 phone calls a year, per phone number.
Q:
I missed the phone number to activate my phone call. How can I call back?
A:
No worries! You can dial the number of your character to hear your message within 72 hours of your missed call.

Do I need a Login to make a call?
A:
While you don't need a login, we highly recommend creating an account, as it will allow you to create, manage, and edit new and existing calls. If you forget your login information, please enter the primary email or phone number and we will send you login links to verify your account.

Why do I need to verify my contact info?
A:
Good question! We want to confirm that Birthday Calls will be sent to the correct phone number. Depending on the phone you choose, we will deliver you a 4 digit pin via a text or a confirmation phone call. Simply enter this PIN on the contact verification page and you're all set.
Q:
What is Missed Call Protection?
A:
Missed Call Protection is free and allows us to send you an activation link in case you miss the call. Simply opt-in on the confirmation page when setting up your call and we've got you covered.

How old does my child need to be to participate in Birthday Club?
A:
The Nickelodeon Birthday Club is for kids ages 1-13.
Q:
My child's name isn't here! What can I do?
A:
While we try our best to include everyone's name, there are some that we've missed! Even if your child's name is not available, they can still receive a birthday phone call. Their call will still be special and personalized with their age.

How can I cancel my child's birthday phone call?
A:
To cancel your child's birthday phone call, please visit your account settings here. Click on the edit icon next to your character to cancel the call.
Q:
How can I opt-out of receiving Nickelodeon Birthday Club emails?
A:
We're sad to see you go! You can opt-out of the Nickelodeon Birthday Club emails by clicking the unsubscribe button located at the bottom of any Nickelodeon Birthday Club email. Please note that when you opt-out of receiving emails, you will also opt-out of receiving your child's personalized birthday phone call.

Why haven't I received any emails?

Try checking your spam folder! Add nick@email.nick.com to your email contacts list to make sure you receive our emails.

Why can't I sign up?
A:
Please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com and let us know what trouble you are having. We'll be able to answer you even sooner if you also provide us with the device you are accessing the site from, as well as your browser version.

Why does it say my child's not eligible?

You may have entered incorrect information about yourself or your child. Please contact us at birthdayclub@nick.com if you continue to have trouble.
